Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Neil Duncanson‘s favorite dishes that Praise Tomatoes. Each ticket is for 2 to 3 servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.

Corn and chive fritter with farmer’s cheese and smoked tomato-pepita dip

Roast pork collar with caramelized leeks, sweet peppers, and pickled cherry tomatoes

Eggplant and tomato gratin with toasted pine nuts and herb salad

Heirloom tomatoes and slow-roasted tomatoes with bacon, green beans, and basil vinaigrette

Stone fruit and tomato cobbler with whipped cream

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the roast pork with creamy white corn grits. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.

We’re now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
