Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Abby Canfield’s Contemporary Italian American menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.
Heirloom tomato caprese with grilled plums, herb almond pesto, and plum balsamic reduction
Summer chopped salad with charred sweet corn, provolone, pepperoncini, prosciutto, and oregano vinaigrette
Chicken cacciatore with mushrooms, peppers, sweet onion, tomato, olives, and white wine
Focaccia with rosemary and roasted garlic butter
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken with portobello cacciatore, and omitting the salami in the salad. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
We’re now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
