While most of us are just now learning about how amazing Portuguese food is, Laura Pyles has been going on about it for years. So it’s about time she decided to lead a class exploring her favorite dishes from this colorful seafood-laden paradise! On the menu: piri piri shrimp wrapped in lettuce leaves; “Little fish from the garden” green beans, peppers and squash tempura with manzanilla olive dip; white gazpacho with green grapes and almonds; linguica and clams with white wine and massa de pimentao; and bolo de caco (sweet potato griddle bread) with garlic Madeira butter.

Guests may be required to wear a mask during instruction, depending on the local transmission rate at the time of class (we will have some extra masks on hand if needed).
