Like most great things, pizza comes in all shapes and sizes. So when a flat pizza just won’t cut it, Laura Pyles will show you how to fold, roll, and braid your dough into a variety of pizza cousins. You’ll make dough from scratch and then fill it and fold it to make spicy Italian meat stromboli with provolone; and broccolini, mushroom, and mozzarella stromboli with ricotta. You’ll adorn your ‘bolis with homemade marinara, and devour them fresh out of the oven!
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
