So join Jay Guerrero as he teaches you about the sweet, salty, and sour flavors that make up classic Filipino cuisine, and how to source the ingredients for your pantry. You’ll learn how to use bagoong alamang to make ensalada mangga, a garlicky green mango salad, make perfectly tender chicken adobo (vinegar and soy-braised chicken), and learn how to put together the shaved ice sundae halo halo.
