We are pleased to welcome Brittany-born Emma Le Du for a class on the traditional savory galettes and sweet crêpes of this western region of France. You’ll learn how to make both buckwheat (galettes) and sweet (crêpes) batter, and all about the different components that make these authentic crêpes so special. On the menu: la complète (egg, ham, and cheese galette; la forestière (pancetta [optional]) and mushroom galette with garlic, cream, and parsley); la suzette (orange butter sauce crêpe flambée with Grand Marnier), and la gourmande (chocolate, banana, and almond crêpe).

Guests may be required to wear a mask during instruction, depending on the local transmission rate at the time of class (we will have some extra masks on hand if needed).
