Northern Vietnam is credited as the birthplace of many of Vietnam’s most famous dishes, with its diverse topography that creates wide variation in flavor, texture, and ingredients. Join Michelle Nguyen for this class on classic Northern Vietnamese cooking, where she’ll teach you how to make one of Hanoi’s most famous dishes: Bun Cha (pork meatball noodles with lettuce and herbs), along with thit bo nuong la lot (beef wrapped in betel leaves seasoned with lemongrass and Madras curry), and goi bap choui (banana blossom salad with cabbage, and herbs in a limey fish sauce dressing).
