You’ll make bò kho (a tender, fall-apart braised beef stew with herbs, aromatics, and broth), classically served with a baguette. Also on the menu: thit kho, (claypot caramelized pork belly and eggs) with mustard greens and rice; and cellophane noodle salad with pickled carrot and daikon, bamboo shoots, and crispy fried rice paper.
