Like most great things, pizza comes in all shapes and sizes. So when a flat pizza just won’t cut it, Laura Pyles will show you how to fold, roll, and braid your dough into a variety of pizza cousins. You’ll make dough from scratch and then fill it and fold it to make meatball calzone with broccolini and roasted peppers; mushroom calzone with delicata and caramelized onion; spicy Italian meat ‘boli with provolone; and spinach, onion, and garlic butter ‘boli with mozzarella and provolone. You’ll adorn your pies with homemade marinara and sweet roasted garlic sauce and devour them alongside a classic antipasto chopped salad.
