Join Heather Newton as she teaches you how to make verrines, beautiful composed dishes that show off their layers in single-serving glass dishes. With panna cotta as your starting point, you’ll learn how to play with flavor, color, and texture to make tiny, restaurant-worthy showstoppers perfect for any gathering. On the menu: vanilla buttermilk panna cotta with spiced plum compote, ginger curd, and rosemary sable; hazelnut panna cotta with cherry compote, cassis curd, and chocolate sable; and chamomile panna cotta with peach compote, meyer lemon curd, and brown butter pistachio sable.
