Join Neil Duncanson in this class where you’ll learn how to recreate all of your taco-truck favorites at home! We’ll start with learning how to make fresh corn tortillas that you’ll fill with tacos al pastor (adobo-marinated pork tacos with cilantro and pineapple); tacos de rajas con queso (roasted poblano peppers and mushroom tacos with queso Oaxaca); and tacos de suadero (cumin-braised beef tacos with pickled carrots and onions). You’ll top your creations with homemade salsa verde and salsa de arbol.
