If you’re like us, your comfort-food rotation includes many variations of noodle soups, perfect for those rainy days. In this class Soy Dara will help you add some of her favorites to your repertoire, beginning with homemade khao piak sen (Lao-style handmade tapioca and rice noodles). You’ll soak your freshly made noodles in khao poon naam gai (red curry coconut broth with chicken, snake beans, banana flower, and mint) and khao piak naam moo (gingery pork broth with lime and scallions). And because there’s always room for something to dip, you’ll make classic pa tong go (Chinese donuts).
