Join Jermaine Whitehead for this cocktails class, where you’ll learn to make old-school cocktail ingredients from scratch for your home bar. He’ll show you all the tools and techniques you need to make craft cocktails, as well as a bit of cocktail history and some ideas for classic homemade syrups, sodas, and flavoring agents. In this Scotch-focused class you’ll taste and talk about the various styles of Scotch, from Scotland, to Japan, and back to our local Northwest makers. You’ll shake, swirl, and sip as you learn to make the classics: a smokey Martini, a penicillin, a Japanese Highball, and a Blood and Sand.
