There are two options for gathering ingredients for this class! You can shop for your own ingredients or we are happy to pre-measure ingredients and assemble them into a 4-serving kit for you to pick up. If you would like to purchase ingredients from us, please add the class option that includes an ingredients kit to your shopping cart. Ingredients kits are available for purchase up to 2 days before class, and can be picked up in our garden between 11am-6pm the day before class.

If you like to sip wine while you cook, consider adding a lovingly paired wine with your kit! The pairing for this class is a Evolucio, 2016. Rich and fruity, this Hungarian wine from Tokaj has aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and hints of almond. It is juicy and refreshing and will complement seafood in this menu.

One week before class we will send out a detailed shopping list, and two days before class we will email you a detailed recipe packet and Zoom link. All classes are listed in Pacific Savings Time.
