Peacoats and rain boots are a good start, but to survive winter you’re going to need some brothy reinforcements. Join Michelle Nguyen as she teaches you how to create the perfect bowl of ramen at home. You’ll learn how to make handmade ramen noodles to go with two broths: pork bone broth (one of the oldest known styles) and miso broth, the newer style. You’ll garnish your bowls with chashu pork (braised pork belly), ajitsuke tamago (seasoned soft boiled egg with soy and mirin), and shichimi togarashi (Japanese 7-spice).
