It’s hard to get too down about the shorter, cooler days when the change of seasons means that the fall harvest is coming! In this class Laura Pyles will show you how to create a fabulous autumn meal with some of our favorite ingredients found at the farmer’s market. You’ll make sweet potato sage cloverleaf rolls with smokey pecan butter; and miso and brown sugar-caramelized squash with toasted buckwheat, pickled sultanas, and yogurt matcha dressing.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
