Nov 15 – ONLINE: Coq au Vin

When King Henri IV promised “a chicken in every pot” he may not have been thinking of coq au vin specifically, but this little chicken carries with it the promise of prosperity and health for everyone. In this class Marie Rutherford will share her love for coq au vin (whole chicken braised with red wine, bacon, and mushrooms); and pair it with a simple green salad with a warm bacon fat vinaigrette for a meal meant to warm any kitchen. 

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
