If you like to sip wine while you feast, consider adding a lovingly paired wine with your supper! The pairings for this meal are listed below.

Red Wine:
J Mourat, Val De Loire IGP, 2019
This is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Negrette from the area known as Fiefs Vendeens in the Loire Valley. It is organically produced. The wine is bright, fresh and juicy with lots of cherry and raspberry fruit flavors, and subtle floral and earthy notes.

White Wine:
Domaine de la Foliette, 2018, 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Organically produced, this dry French wine is delicate and fruity with notes of mango, peach gooseberry and lemongrass. It will be a perfect lift to the rich foods of this chillier season.

Rosé Wine:
Château Haut-Blanville, Solal Rosé, Pays D’Oc, 2019
50% Grenache gris and 50% Cinsault.
This classic Provencal rose is organically produced. It is dry, light and crisp with silky notes of summer berry and peach.
