You can’t always make it out to a beach in Maine, so why not try turning your kitchen into a seafood shack? In this class with Jay Guerrero, you’ll conjure the salty fresh air of the seaside as you learn how to make from-scratch top-cut bread rolls, buttered and crisp on the outside. You’ll shuck and bread local Manila clams for a crispy fried clam roll dressed with a lemon tartar sauce and round out the meal with cabbage slaw with creamy celery seed vinaigrette and fresh-cut French fries with Old Bay and sea salt, and possibly never leave home again.
