If you like to sip wine while you feast, consider adding a lovingly paired wine with your supper! The pairings for this meal are listed below.

Red Wine:
Tomàs Cusiné, Llebre, Costers del Segre, 2017
This elegant Spanish wine is a blend of Tempranillo, Garnatxa, Cariñena and Syrah. Grapes are hand-harvested, and the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. With aromas of balsamic and red cherry compote, this wine is smooth with gentle tannins and notes of vanilla and warm spice on the finish.

White Wine:
Viladellops Xarel· lo, 2018
100% Xarel· lo
Organically produced, this Spanish wine is fresh and slightly creamy with notes of biscuit, pear, lemon zest and fennel. It will be a perfect pairing to our autumn meals.

Rosé Wine:
Château Haut-Blanville, Solal Rosé, Pays D’Oc, 2019
50% Grenache gris and 50% Cinsault.
This classic Provencal rose is organically produced. It is dry, light and crisp with silky notes of summer berry and peach.
