Discover your inner Italian nonna in this workshop on the craft of handmade pasta. Eileen Chou will teach you the fresh pasta basics: making egg pasta dough from scratch, rolling and shaping with pasta boards and paddles, and drying for storage. You’ll make a variety of pasta shapes and sauces to complement your summer feasts. On the menu: classic Sardinian malloreddus alla campidanese with sausage, fennel, tomato ragu, and saffron; strascinati with anchovies, garlic, and marjoram; and garganelli with spring peas, pecorino, and meyer lemon.
