Chicken shawarma with garlicky hummus, fried chickpeas, and dill tzatziki
Baba ganoush-style grilled baby eggplant with lemon, cumin, and parsley vinaigrette
Shredded carrot, mint, and coriander slaw with cider vinegar
Ghee-brushed pita sprinkled with za’atar
Turmeric rice with toasted sunflower seeds, golden raisins, and caramelized onions
Charred red pepper fattoush salad with cucumbers, olives, feta, and lime tahini dressing
Basbousa (semolina cake) with almond whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken shawarma with falafel. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up any time between 4:30-6pm. The meal is fully prepared, but may require reheating when you get home (we’ll provide instructions for how to do that). We are unable to provide meal delivery.
