Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Abby Canfield’s West Coast Table. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up any time between 4:30-6pm. The meal is fully prepared, but may require reheating when you get home (we’ll provide instructions for how to do that). We are unable to provide meal delivery.
Roasted carrot and coriander soup with crunchy flatbread and lime yogurt
Farro salad with sweet potato, tart cherries, and roasted shallot dressing
Grilled cabbage with honey-roasted apples and hazelnuts
Brown butter and fennel roasted pork shoulder with herbs and caramelized leek salsa verde
Lemon pudding cake with whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the pork shoulder with brown butter and fennel roasted winter vegetables with caramelized leek salsa verde. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
