There’s something childlike about unspooling a still-warm cinnamon roll and digging into that perfect nubbin at the center. So let sweet roll ambassador Michelle Nygren (DeBruyn) show you how to make them yourself, so you can unroll them all to your heart’s content. You’ll ferment your own yeasted dough, proof it, and then learn how to bake to perfection. You’ll make classic pecan sticky buns with butterscotch sauce from beginning to end to eat in class. Also on the docket: spiced cinnamon rolls with citrus cream cheese frosting that you will prepare up to the stage of freezing them for a later bake.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. There are two options for gathering ingredients for this class! You can shop for your own ingredients or we are happy to pre-measure ingredients and assemble them into a 4-serving kit. And if you like to sip wine while you cook, consider adding a lovingly paired bottle with your kit!
