Chicken parmesan has been a mainstay Italian-American favorite through restaurants and home kitchens alike since the 1950s. It’s no wonder that the bubbling cheese and deeply flavored tomato sauce of this dish are a classic comfort food for the ages. Join Abby Canfield to learn how to make perfectly crispy chicken to nestle into herbed red wine marinara and top with fresh mozzarella and parmesan. You’ll toss the perfect zippy kale caesar salad with fennel and crisp croutons, and you’ll undoubtedly be fighting over leftovers the next day.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
