Bordeaux is and always has been a master at producing incredible wine, and its delicious blends are some of the most famous and sought after in the world. Like many regions with a long history, there’s a lot to be excited about, understand, and taste. This online class taught by Sommelier Janet Beeby will explore the left and right banks and White Bordeaux. We will delve into the grapes, appellations, climate, and history while pairing each wine to regional cheese that will have us saying, “Oui, Tres Bien”! This class is for guests that are 21 and over.
