Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Jay Guerrero’s Pacific Northwest Crab Dinner. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up any time between 4:30-6pm. The meal is fully prepared, but may require reheating when you get home (we’ll provide instructions for how to do that). We are unable to provide meal delivery.
Steamed Dungeness crab with an aromatic broth for reheating
Clarified butter, lemons, homemade cocktail sauce
Roasted fingerling potatoes with salt and vinegar powder
Tomato horseradish soup with whipped oregano creme fraiche
Chicory Caesar salad with parmesan croutons
Winter trifle with meyer lemon mousse, buttermilk cake, and hazelnut toffee
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the steamed crab with hearts of palm “crab” cakes with dill aioli and herbed chickpeas. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
