March 2 – Sheet Pan Suppers

What’s just as good as a lovely, simple home cooked meal? Hardly any dishes! Streamline your cooking and baking without compromising on flavor. In this class, self-proclaimed sheet pan ambassador Becky Selengut will teach you how to use sheet pans to cook up a complete spread. On the menu: crispy skin roasted chicken thighs; cinnamon-dusted sweet potato jojos; blistered broccolini; apricot-thyme pan sauce; and peanut butter bars with peanut butter cream cheese mousse and cocoa. Kid-approved, so bring the whole family to this easy-to-execute class.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. There are two options for gathering ingredients for this class! You can shop for your own ingredients or we are happy to pre-measure ingredients and assemble them into a 4-serving kit. And if you like to sip wine while you cook, consider adding a lovingly paired bottle with your kit!
