Join Ben Wheatley to learn everything there is to know about making ice cream at home! In this class you will learn techniques for how to cook, freeze, and get the texture you desire. You’ll leave with the knowledge of what sets great ice cream apart, and how to design your own creative flavors. On the menu: ginger ice cream with honeycomb candy and yuzu curd swirl; buttered popcorn ice cream with salted toffee and dark chocolate; chamomile ice cream with pistachio shortbread and strawberry Jam; and chocolate and chile ice cream with pumpkin seed caramel swirl.

Guests may be required to wear a mask during instruction, depending on the local transmission rate at the time of class (we will have some extra masks on hand if needed).
