Korean cuisine is known for many things: beef bulgogi, bibimbop, kimchi. But when we think of Korean food, it’s the pancakes that get our juices bubbling. Join Michelle Nguyen as she teaches you a basic Korean pancake batter that is the foundation for endless flavor combinations. You’ll make pork belly-kimchi pancakes; bacon, cheddar, and potato pancakes; and shrimp, walnut, and kale pancakes. From there you’ll learn how to build flavor with a variety of homemade sauces: seasoned soy sauce; ssam sauce; and sweet chili sauce.
