We all know about those delicious potato dumplings from Italy, but did you know they have a French cousin? Join Marie Rutherford as she shows you how to make a perfect pâté-a-choux dough, which you’ll turn into crisp pan-fried Parisian gnocchi with asparagus, garlic herb sauce, capers, and lemon; and light and airy baked Parisian gnocchi with bacon, roasted tomatoes, tarragon, and escarole.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
