Tacos are universally loved, and this class in our Taco Truck series will focus on fish tacos! Neil Duncanson will teach you how to whip up fresh corn tortillas that’ll make you never look at store-bought tortillas the same. You’ll fill your tacos with beer-battered rockfish and grilled tuna with coriander, and load them up with quick tomatillo salsa, avocado mango relish; cabbage slaw, and chipotle crema. You’ll finish out the summer taco feast with freshly made watermelon paletas.
