New Orleans might just be the original capital of cocktail culture, and in this class Renee Beaudoin will teach you not just how to mix some French-accented drinks, but how to put together a menu for a French Quarter cocktail party. You’ll learn Renee’s spin on a classic Sazerac, as well as a Ramos Gin Fizz and a delicious Daiq on a Hot Tin Roof. And you’ll pair these cocktails with some locally inspired bites: Vermouth-poached shrimp sliders with celery salad; homemade pickled jalapeños; and Louisiana-style rémoulade.
