Join us for a dinner where we do all the cooking! Each month we open the doors between our classrooms and seat 40 guests for a five-course family-style feast, featuring all the ingredients we’re excited about. This season’s dinner is to celebrate the Pantry’s 11th birthday, and there will be sprinkles! Pricing includes tip and a wine or coffee pairing with each course.
French breakfast radishes dipped in brown butter and preserved lemon
Confit roasted baby artichokes with Vadouvan curry dip
Savory shrimp toasts with homemade focaccia, spicy aioli, and soy-pickled alliums
Charred corn spoonbread
Roasted peppers, feta, and fried capers
Grilled ribeye steak with red chimichurri
Caramelized apricots, torn bread, and cilantro
Wedge salad with pickled rainier cherries and black pepper hazelnut crunch
Bleu cheese and tarragon dressing
Summer strawberry trifle
Strawberry-almond cake and cream cheese mousse
The pescatarian menu will include seared halibut to replace the steak.
The vegetarian menu will include Savory king oyster mushroom toast to replace the shrimp on the toast, and Hearts of palm fritters to replace the steak.
