While we may not have the Himalayas in our backyard, we sure do get hungry after hiking Mt. Si! With influence from China, Tibet, and India, Nepalese food is just what we crave after a long day on the trail. Michelle Nguyen will teach us how to make chicken momos (steamed dumplings) with tomato-sesame chutney, dal bhat (spiced lentils with rice), tarkari (Nepalise vegetable curry), sak (braised spinach), with spiced pickles and coriander yogurt.
