We might not be able to fly to Hawaii as often as we’d like, but there’s no reason we can’t learn to party like we’re already there. Michelle Nguyen will be leading this class on how to cook up some of Hawaii’s greatest hits with modern twists. You’ll make ahi tuna poke with scallion, tobiko, and wasabi; grilled Hawaiian short ribs with pineapple relish; homemade “spam” Musubi with soy caramel glaze; and fried taro croquettes with lilikoi dipping sauce.
