There’s a wide world of noodle dishes, and the big flavors of Thai fried rice noodles are some of our favorites. In this class, Srisuda Dougherty will teach you how to recreate the classics in your own kitchen. You’ll learn about the different types of noodles in Thai cooking, and how to make rice noodles from scratch. You’ll use your newfound noodle knowledge to make pad see-ew gai (wide rice noodles with chicken, Chinese broccoli, and black soy sauce); pad kee meo neua (wide rice noodles with beef, chili, and basil); and the international favorite: pad Thai (thin rice noodles with prawns, tamarind, and peanuts).
