
Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: ABBY CANFIELD’s Winter in Piedmont menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.
Brasato (beef braised with red wine, pancetta, fried sage)
Crispy parmesan polenta cakes and savory herb roasted mushrooms
Fried Brussels sprouts with preserved lemon, chili, garlic, and parmesan breadcrumbs
Roasted squash and pumpkin wedges with calabrian chili gremolata and toasted pepitas
Lemon budino, anise caramel, and pistachio cookie
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the braised beef with red wine braised eggplant with fried sage. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
