Multigrain phulka (flatbread) with nigella seeds
Shahi korma (spicy braised chicken in creamy cashew sauce with ghee-sauteed sultanas)
Achari baingan (eggplant in an aromatic spice blend) with pomegranate & walnut kachumber slaw
Daal makhani (black lentils and beans simmered with fenugreek, herbed ghee, and crispy shallots)
Gulab Jamun (golden milk and semolina donut bites) soaked in citrus and garam masala syrup
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken with spicy braised winter vegetables in creamy cashew sauce with ghee-sauteed sultanas. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
