Parents! Grab your aprons and join us for an afternoon of cooking and mess-making with your little one! In this class taught by Michelle Nygren (DeBruyn), you’ll explore the world of fruit galettes. You’ll learn how to make flaky, delicate dough from scratch, and how to roll and shape it to make pear galettes with butterscotch sauce and cinnamon-whipped cream. This class is recommended for families cooking with children age 7 and older.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. There are two options for gathering ingredients for this class! You can shop for your own ingredients or we are happy to pre-measure ingredients and assemble them into a 4-serving kit.
