Black bean and chorizo fritters with cilantro crema
Pozole roja with tostadas, onions, cilantro, lime, and radishes
Chicken tinga with charred tomato sauce
Wedge salad with avocado tomatillo dressing, pickled chilies, pumpkin seeds, and queso fresco
Spiced chocolate torte with cinnamon whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken tinga with jakcfruit tinga. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
