The chilly months are upon us, so what better time to warm up your house with a pot of ragu bolognese bubbling on the stove? In this class Abby Canfield will guide you through building your soffrito base and then practice your patience while you find the ideal balance of tender meat and vegetables. While your sauce cooks, you’ll make creamy polenta, a bitter green salad with sunchokes, parmesan, and lemon vinaigrette, and mix up an Aperol spritz. This class is for guests that are 21 and over.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. There are two options for gathering ingredients for this class! You can shop for your own ingredients or we are happy to pre-measure ingredients and assemble them into a 4-serving kit. And if you like to sip wine while you cook, consider adding a lovingly paired bottle with your kit!
