Cannoli’s crisp and delicious shells are the mainstay of any great Italian bakery, filled with anything you can dream up. In this class Laura Pyles will teach you how to mix, fry, and fill your own to perfection, while she hones your chocolate-dipping skills. You’ll whip up piles of classic chocolate dipped cannoli with ricotta cream, cherries, and toasted pistachios and a batch of espresso mascarpone cream for a modern twist on the classic.
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe.
