Feb 17 – To Go: A German Feast

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: LAURA PYLESGerman Feast. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.

Sauerbraten (roast beef brisket with molasses and fall vegetables)

Homemade pretzel spaetzle and crispy onions

Roasted radishes with wheat berries, cucumbers, orange, and horseradish sour cream dressing

Juniper-spiced kohlrabi and apple sauerkraut

Brandy-soaked apple cake with bay and honey whipped cream

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the beef brisket with seitan. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.

If you like to sip wine while you feast, consider adding a lovingly paired bottle with your supper! The pairings for this meal are:
