Chicken braised in white wine vinegar and tarragon
Winter squash gratin with apples, leeks, and Comte
Cervelle de canut (whipped goat cheese with fresh herbs) and olive oil toasted bread
Escarole salad with mustard vinaigrette and crispy bacon
Bittersweet chocolate pot de creme with almond brittle
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the braised chicken with white beans, lemon-braised fennel, and tarragon. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
