Roasted carrot and coriander soup with crunchy flatbread and lime yogurt
Farro salad with sweet potato, tart cherries, and roasted shallot dressing
Grilled cabbage with honey-roasted apples and hazelnuts
Lemon pudding cake with whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the pork shoulder with brown butter roasted winter vegetables. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
