
Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: Renee Beaudoin’s Irish Countryside supper. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.
Corned lamb with crispy roasted potatoes, caramelized cabbage, garlic butter, and coriander
Forager’s soup with leeks, wild greens, hazelnut mint pesto, and yogurt
Black pepper buttermilk soda bread with cultured butter
Watercress salad with braised beetroot, farmer’s cheese, and honey herb dressing
Guinness stout cake with whiskey cream sauce
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the lamb with roasted hen of the woods mushrooms. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
