Join Jay Guerrero as we explore the flavors of Southeast Asia! We’ll show you what you need (or can substitute!) on your pantry shelves to make dishes from Indonesia and Malaysia, and learn about how the foods of this region are all related to each other. You’ll make pan-seared skirt steak with scallion-chile relish; sayur lodeh (summer vegetables with lemongrass, coconut, and chilis); and nasi gurih (spiced rice cooked in coconut milk).
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. To learn more about how class will go visit our FAQ page.
