
Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: MARIE RUTHERFORD’s Winter in the Alps menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.
Spiced alpine stew with beef, pork shoulder, sweet peppers, and red wine
Creamy browned buttered rice with charred cabbage, bacon, toasted rye, and fontina
Radicchio salad with roasted beets, cucumber, poppyseed, and horseradish-caraway dressing
Roasted squash and turnips with shallot and herbed balsamic vinaigrette
Chocolate amaretti cake with honey caramel and whipped mascarpone
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the meat with spiced alpine stew with mushrooms, sweet peppers, and red wine. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
