With its simple, fresh flavors and abundant use of herbs, Vietnamese cuisine is considered to be one of the healthiest and most delicious cuisines on the planet. We agree, so we’re excited to have Michelle Nguyen show you how to prepare a summer meal filled with classic Vietnamese flavors. You’ll make bánh xeo (coconut-tumeric crepe) with pork and shrimp, fresh herbs, and homemade nouc cham; bún thịt nướng (vermicelli with lemongrass pork, sugar cane shrimp, and pickled daikon and carrots); green papaya salad with fruit-scented beef jerky; and coconut tapioca, mango, and mint pudding.
We are excited to welcome you into our space and would like to remind you of our covid policy.
